Submit your records

Thank you for helping build a shared picture for neighbors, school families and club members. Schools and golf clubs can share complete application records, monitoring results and notification policies here. Each submission is reviewed before anything is added to your profile. Ratings change only when a record qualifies under the published rubric.

You must use an email address issued by the school or club. Personal accounts such as Gmail are not accepted. Where we have an official contact on file, the address must match that domain. We may reply to confirm before publishing. Location-based site scores measure distance, slope, wind and drainage, so records improve transparency ratings, not site scores.
